This policy covers the MindVault iPhone and iPad app by AppsOrder, a brand of Dimco LLC, and this support website.

Data in the app

MindVault does not collect or transmit your personal data. It has no account registration, advertising, tracking or third-party analytics SDKs. Puzzle play works offline.

Saved on your device

Completed levels, best scores, achievements and settings are stored on your device. The language preference uses the app’s private local settings storage. We cannot access this information. Device backups may include app data according to your Apple settings. MindVault does not provide its own cloud synchronization.

Purchases

Apple processes App Store payments. MindVault does not receive your payment card information. Apple’s services are governed by Apple’s privacy policy and terms.

If you contact us

If you email support, we receive your email address and the information you choose to send. We use it to answer your request and resolve the reported issue, and retain it only as needed for support and applicable obligations. Do not send passwords or sensitive personal information.

This website

This website does not use advertising cookies or analytics scripts. Our hosting and network providers may process technical request information, such as IP addresses, to deliver and secure the website. Opening support links leaves the app and uses your browser or email provider.

Children

The app does not knowingly collect personal information from children. If a child has sent personal information to support, contact us to request its removal.

Your choices

You can change app settings on your device. Deleting the app removes its local data, subject to any device backups you maintain. To request deletion of a support email or ask a privacy question, contact d.angelov@me.com.
